At the 3rd roundabout, take the first exit onto RN6 towards Mâcon.
Arriving at Pontanevaux (approximately 12 kilometres), turn left onto the D95 towards Juliénas.
At the next roundabout, follow the D17 towards Juliénas.
Keep going straight for about 3 kilometres (do not take the right fork towards Juliénas-Bourg).
When you reach Moulin Aujas, take a sharp left onto the D68E towards Emeringes.
After 500 metres, take the road on the right just after the bus stop.
Follow this road uphill until you reach the top where the chapel is located.
From the A6 motorway, heading towards Lyon
Take Exit 29 for Mâcon Sud.
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit towards Lyon / Villefranche (N79).
After 500 metres, fork right towards Villefranche.
Follow the signs for Villefranche onto RN6 / D906, and continue through Crêches-sur-Saône.
Arriving at Pontanevaux (approximately 5 kilometres), turn right onto the D95 towards Juliénas.
At the roundabout, follow the D17 towards Juliénas.
Continue straight on for about 3 kilometres (avoid the right fork to Juliénas-Bourg).
When you reach Moulin Aujas, take a sharp left onto the D68E towards Emeringes.
After 500 metres, take the road on the right just after the bus stop.
Follow this road uphill until you reach the top where the chapel is located.
From Lyon Airport
Lyon–Saint Exupéry (LYS) is the nearest international airport, about an hour by car. Collect a hire car at the terminal, take the A432 then the A6 north toward Mâcon, and follow the Lyon-direction notes below from Exit 29. Geneva and Lyon-Bron are farther alternatives.
By train
You can take TGV trains to either Mâcon-Loché or Lyon Saint-Exupéry. Car rental services are available at both of these stations.
